Dr. William Lee is the founder of the Cardiac Associates of North Jersey, PA located in Oakland, New Jersey. He is a Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine in the Division of Cardiology at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ). He also served as Chief of the Coronary Care Unit and conducted numerous research projects at the UMDNJ.
His clinical interests and expertise are in interventional cardiology and general cardiology.
Dr. Lee’s major research interests are in congestive heart failure and cardiomyopathy. He is an active staff member at the Valley Hospital, Ridgewood, New Jersey. At Valley Hospital, he also served as Director of Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology.
Dr. William Lee graduated from Yonsei University's College of Medicine in Seoul, Korea. Following his internship and residency at UMDNJ, Dr. Lee Continued at UMDNJ, where he completed his research and clinical cardiology fellowship.
Dr. Lee is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Interventional Cardiology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a Fellow in the American College of Physicians. Active in various professional societies, Dr. Lee served as Past President of the Interventional Society of NJ.
Dr. Lee has served on the editorial board of the Journal of Congestive Heart Failure and has had numerous publications as an author and co-author, with articles appearing in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology, Congestive Heart Failure, and Clinical Research.
